Raw material used:
Extremely fine and high quality wool, 100% cotton, silk, pashmina and viscous material is used in the production of the qualities shawls and scarfs. The wool used in our production unit is gathered from wild as well as domesticated goats and sheep. Extremely soft, fine and warm coat of under hair is taken from CAPRA hircus.

Our Kashmiri shawls are made from three fibres, viz. wool, pashmina and shahtoosh. Woollen shawls are especially popular for the intricate and finest embroidery work, which is unique to Kashmir. Both embroidery and the type of wool used determines the differences in the price range of our collection.

Testing Division:
Testing is done on varying parameters in our in-house testing division, well equipped with testing equipment and other facilities. Prior to sending the final consignment, the each swatch piece is tested by our expert craftsmen and other agencies and the detailed report can also be supplied to the clients, in case demanded.

Inspection Division:
In our inspection division, the finished products are finally checked by our supervisors, for fallacies, if any. They check the designs, embroidery, reverse weave, fascinating array of hues and other elements are perfectly incorporated in our collection.

Packaging Division:
Proper care is taken to package our products. In our packaging division, we ensure that each piece is packaged carefully, in small or bulk packets, in accordance to specific need. The cleanliness and filth free environment is maintained in our packaging division to ensure that each product is exquisite in appeal and character.

Comprehensive yet systematized in nature, our infrastructure unit is sophisticated and is equipped with advanced machineries. Our manufacturing unit, located in Srinagar, is built in 2900 sq. ft. of area, with a total production capacity of 1,50,0000 pieces per month. There are 165 Power looms & 200 craftsmen working in our Srinagar manufacturing unit where as total production capacity of 70,000 piece per month. We also have another unit at Ludhiana, with the production of 80,000 pieces per month. Furthermore, we can also develop customised products with the capacity of more than 30,000 pieces in 45 days.

Our specialty lies in our ability to provide customized delivery. We have witnessed unprecedented growth in developing exclusive pashmina, viscous and woollen products due to our sophisticated industrial set up.

Machines: We are equipped with 18 imported and advanced Sulzer Machines. This gives us an unique edge in the production of a large variety of Kashmiri Shawls, Scarfs and other articles.

Special weaving technique is employed for creating appealing pashmina and jamavar shawls, scarfs, stoles and other accessories. Widely known by the name Kani in Kashmir and 2x2 Tapestry-Twill in West, this technique is specifically incorporated in our collection by skilled craftsmen from Kashmir.
